By Ferry: If you’re already in Vietnam, you can take a ferry from Rach Gia or Ha Tien on the mainland to Phu Quoc Island. The ferry ride takes around 2 to 3 hours, depending on the departure point. Ferries are available daily and offer both passenger and vehicle transport options.
By Speedboat: Some tour companies operate speedboat services from Ha Tien or Rach Gia to Phu Quoc. Speedboats are faster than ferries, usually taking around 1.5 to 2 hours. However, they may be more expensive than ferries.
Cruise: There are also cruise options available that include Phu Quoc as part of their itinerary. These cruises typically depart from larger cities like Ho Chi Minh City or Phnom Penh and may include multiple stops in Vietnam and neighboring countries.
By Land and Air: Another option is to combine land and air travel. You can travel by bus or car to one of the ferry ports (Rach Gia or Ha Tien) and then take a ferry to Phu Quoc. Alternatively, you could fly to a nearby airport like Can Tho or Rach Gia and then take a short flight to Phu Quoc.
